Launch Event: PyLadies KL x PyData KL Meetup!

Our First Major Meetup!

We are thrilled to announce that the newly launched **PyLadies Kuala Lumpur** chapter will host its first major community meetup on **Thursday, October 30, 2025**, in partnership with **PyData Kuala Lumpur**! This landmark event is being held just ahead of PyCon Malaysia, making it the perfect opportunity to connect with the wider Python and Data community.

We are grateful to be hosted by **The Access Group** at their premium location on Level 17, Menara Exchange 106, **TRX**.

What's on the Agenda?

Doors open at 6:30 PM with light refreshments and networking, followed by two high-impact sessions:

• **The Danger of Missing Data** by **Cheuk Ting Ho** (Developer Advocate, JetBrains, and PSF Director). Cheuk will guide us through common pitfalls and best practices in handling incomplete data.
• **Healthcare Data Analytics** by **Kim-Ann Git** (Consultant Radiologist & Certified Imaging Informatics Professional). Kim-Ann will share fascinating insights into practical applications of data science in the medical field.
